In Brittany’s position with MyDream, she walks with birth mothers through the adoption process from beginning to end. Once matched, she helps cultivate a connection between the birth mother and family in hopes they can create a lasting relationship.
Brittany has worked with children and families in some respect since she was 25 years old. Her recent position in child welfare helped open her eyes regarding the foster care system. During a transitional time in Brittany’s career, she saw an available position posted with MyDream. Brittany realized this was a sign that MyDream was where she belonged.
